Hot Lemon belongs to the capsicum baccatum species, and is also known as Aji Lemon or Lemon Drop. Like all baccatums, it is a chilli pepper with a very productive plant and with not particularly spicy fruits, but with a scent or a taste that makes it one of the most used peppers in kitchens all over the world.
