Our pastes are characterized by a pleasant contrasting sensation, due to the combination of sweet and spicy, but with a strong taste to hotness.

The various types of pastes we propose differ from each other for different degrees of spiciness.

The real difference, however, is in the chilli peppers used. Different cultivars give completely different colours, aromas and tastes.

Our pastes are ideal for fresh and mature cheeses, cured meats and red meats.
