Spicy Honey

For this speciality we have chosen to use exclusively honey produced by the beekeeper Carlo Amodeo, who has been at the forefront of Sicilian Black Bee breeding for 20 years; this commitment has earned him the recognition of the Slow Food commission.

Ingredients:

• Sicilian Black Bee honey, chilli;
• Product sold in jars of 40g (net weight).

This product combines the sweetness of honey with the spiciness of chilli.
An ideal combination to use with cold meats, salumi, cheeses or used for marinating red meats.
